Plumbing Protection Plan Includes The Following

  1. One year warranty on plumbing repairs unless noted on work order or invoice.
  2. Visual inspection of readily accessible gas and water lines.
  3. Testing operation of all readily accessible sump pumps.
  4. Visual inspection of accessible crawl space for apparent water problems or water damage from plumbing.
  5. A list of suggested repairs and improvements, with current pricing

After the inspection we will provide a list of items needing repair or improvement along with each related cost. All completed service repair work during the next year will reflect a savings of 10% or more.

Terms and Conditions

Delays

Plan agreement, its price and performance is subject to all delays or inability to perform caused by or resulting from scarcity of labor or materials, strikes, either on the work done on the agreement of any other work affecting the same directly or indirectly, lockouts, accidents, fire, floods, breakdowns, war, riots, rebellion, lack of materials, delays of transportation, acts of government Agency, judicial authority, Act of God or any other cause which is beyond the control of Associated Plumbers Inc.

Unavailability of Replacement parts

We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in obtaining or our inability to obtain from our suppliers the parts needed to repair the items covered by the plan agreements

Termination

The plan agreement shall terminate, at our option, If anyone other than an Associated Plumbers Inc. employee disturbs or works on the item covered by the plan agreement. Also, we will have no duty or obligation to perform under this plan agreement if you have any past due accounts with us. Should we either terminate this plan agreement or refuse to perform under this plan agreement in accordance with this paragraph, we will not be required to refund any portion or the plan agreement price paid by you, or be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such action.

Not Covered

This plan agreement does not cover any trip, analysis. Parts, labor or installation charges for work performed by using repairing items covered by this plan agreement which were damaged by Acts Of God, fire, flood, water, lightning, theft, low or high voltage, mischievous conduct, negligence, neglect, accident abuse, misuse, non-use or freezing. Associated Plumbers will not be responsible for any subsequent damage due to water leakage.We shall not be required to furnish any repairs or equipment as may be recommended or required by Insurance Companies, Government, State, Municipal or other authorities. In such cases, the client shall be charged for the parts and labor involved at the then current price for such items. No such parts or labor shall be furnished, however, without authorization of client.

Disclaimer

It is understood that Associated Plumbers Inc. will use care in performing the above service, but shall not be liable for failure to discover conditions necessitating repairs or replacements, nor shall any inspection be construed as an approval or guarantee of the condition of the plumbing system/equipment. There are no warranties expressed or implied, oral or written, which extend beyond those expressed on this document and Associated Plumbers makes no implied warranty , including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, with respect to the work performed and the parts installed, repaired, furnished in repair work, sold, recommended, or supplied by it under this contract. Further Associated Plumbers Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential, special, incidental or contingent damages or expense, arising directly or indirectly from any defect in the work performed or parts installed, repaired, furnished in repair work. Sold, recommended or supplied by it. It is understood that Associated Plumbers Inc. is not the manufacturer of items supplied by it and our client relies solely on the warranty of the manufacturer.

This agreement covers the complete understanding between the parties and Associated Plumbers Inc. No verbal representations shall be binding on either party
