A non-refundable $110.00 after hours dispatch fee will apply to all after hours call outs. After  hours service is for Plan Members only.  Out of area dispatch fee higher. Dispatch fee is in addition to area charge. Example $110.00 ( after hours dispatch fee) plus $109.00 ( Zone 3 dispatch fee) = $219.00. This is in addition to charge for work performed.
