What should I bring to identify the right part?

The old part is best. A clear photo of the faucet (including any brand markings under the handle or on the spout) also helps.

Can you get parts that aren’t in stock?

In many cases, yes. We regularly source hard-to-find and discontinued parts.

Do you offer a discount for licensed plumbers?

Yes. Licensed Arkansas Journeyman and Master plumbers receive an in-store discount on toilet and faucet repair parts when they present a current license (see our offers page for current terms).
