Why a License Matters (Arkansas Law)ο»Ώ

Under Arkansas Code § 17-38-301, it is illegal for anyone to work as a master plumber, journeyman plumber, or apprentice without a proper license from the Arkansas Department of Health. Only a licensed master plumber can pull permits and be in charge of installations. Licenses cannot be shared or “rented out.”
