Arkansas Plumbing Law
Arkansas law (Code § 17-38-301) is clear:
• No one may work as a master plumber, journeyman plumber, or apprentice without a license from the Arkansas Department of Health.
• Only a licensed Master Plumber can be in charge of plumbing installations and pull the required permits.
• A plumber’s license cannot be transferred, shared, or used by someone else.
• Using someone else’s license or working without one is illegal.
Associated Plumbers holds Arkansas Master Plumber licenses MP3112 and MP6367. When you hire us, you are hiring a fully licensed, accountable local company — not an unlicensed handyman.
Always verify a plumber’s license before hiring.
